If you forgot or want to know the admin password of a system, then copy the system files "SAM and SYSTEM" but both these files are used by your system you can't copy by booting your OS for that boot in to MS-DOS or using any other live cd method.These files are located at "C:\Windows\System32\Config". The  hard part is over download a SAMInside program from here and open the two files from file menu and start attack Tha Dan its over after five or ten minutes it shows all the passwords
